SCR:-SCR Resistor is made by fully welded construction using superior material & processed in controlled atmosphere so as to give very high addition in the form of reliability & long life . The solder dipped terminal & clear marking make the use of resistor comfortable.

 

Construction: The resistors are wound on special quality ceramic core in single layer by using nichrome or eureka wires of low temperature coefficient. The wire ends are spot welded to terminals there by achieving reliable contact. The resistor element is coated with multicoats of best quality Silicone Varnish with fillers such as Mica to achieve good thermel dissipation, electrical insulation and protection from humidity.

CONSTRUCTION :        

        Resistors are made by fully welded construction using superior material and procesed under controlled atmosphere so as to give very high value addition in the form of reliability and long life. The solder clipped terminal , clear marking of resistor type, watt, value, tolerance, batch no. and date make the use of resistor comfortable and reliable.

Introduction: - The resistor element is a resistive wire, which is wound , on ceramic rod . Tinned copper leads are connected to the capes by welding. The resistor body is housed in rectangular ceramic case with a special inorganic potting which is non-flammable, will not melt even at high overloads & is resistant to most commonly used cleaning solvent & moisture.

Construction: The resistors are wound on special quality ceramic core in single layer by using nichrome or eureka wire of low temperature coefficient. The wire ends are spot welded to leads thereby achieving reliable contact. The Resistor element is housed in another square shape ceramic tube &the ends are sealed.
